Before the movie there was the awesome game and I do mean AWESOME!!! I loved this game. I was going to ITT when I discovered it and there was many a late night on the 'ol 386 Pentium, LOL. I saved the galaxy many times and kept the Kilrathi quaking in the shoes, boots, whatever they wore, LOL. The series was excellent and I played and beat them all. Lots of hours, but the storyline, even in the first game, was just great. The controls of the different ships and story kept me enthralled. As the years went on Origin improved the game and it just got better and better. Mark Hamil and other stars came on the scene later to provide some star power in the later games. I haven't seen or played one since that was like it.

The game was far better than the movie, in my humble opinion, LOL. If you get a chance to try this awesome game; do try it!!! Any one of the series, even the first one would be a blast, even today.
